We do not offer a refund policy due to the fact that customers cannot “return a digital product” that was sold to them.
Because the products that are sold here are digital, it’s incredibly difficult to tell whether a customer has downloaded the product for use.
Then, that person can easily request a refund, and get the product for free.
We have every reason to assume that once a digital product is purchased, it will be read or used. For these reasons, we do not offer refunds.
Now, we try our best to be as transparent as possible with the quality of our products by giving you free access to a small amount of the products that we sell here.
We may portion parts of certain products to allow you to see the quality of the product and to learn from it (for free).
We also provide adequate descriptions for each product so you are aware of what you are purchasing.
Therefore, we believe that providing this information will allow you to trust and purchase our digital products that are sold here.
